Al is responsible for managing the day to day collections operations through all stages of delinquency. Responsible for forecasting and meeting targeted delinquency and loss objectives, call strategy development, analyzing performance results and trends, development and training of current and future leaders and staff, maintaining and meeting budget requirements, implementing effective change management to meet collections, customer service and operational expectations.
Al has over 20 years of Default Management experience. Prior to joining Mark One in September 2009, Al served for the past 17 years with Wachovia Bank in their Consumer Retail Banking Division. During his tenure at Wachovia Bank, Alís responsibilities included serving as a Vice President in the Offshoring & Outsourcing Department, Transition Manager and as a Vice President in the Retail Credit Collections Department.
Al is a U.S. Navy veteran and graduated from the University of Maryland, European Division.
