Bruce Newmark
Managing Director
Bruce Newmark came to MarkOne as a consultant in November of 2007 to assess the Collection and Origination system’s policies and practices. He was elected to the Board of Directors in December 2007 and became the Managing Director, the Board Member with day to day managerial responsibility, in January 2008.
Prior to joining the MarkOne Team, Bruce consulted for several finance industry related firms. In 1992 Bruce joined the Hankey Automotive Group, which includes members such as Midway Ford in Los Angeles, CA, where Bruce held the title of V.P. and General Manager from 1992-1996, and Westlake Financial Services, where Bruce held positions such as National Marketing Director, C.O.O, and President. While President of Westlake, Bruce helped grow the company from a local finance company to a national entity. Prior to joining Westlake, Mr. Newmark had extensive experience working in the automotive industry. His past experience included positions at the Ford Marketing Institute, the Walker-Buerge Automotive Group, and a partnership in Ed Butts Ford & Fair City Ford.
