Joe Giliberto
General Manager
Joe is responsible for the assessment, development and implementation of all production strategies for MarkOne’s Indirect lending operation. He oversees the day to day functions for field and internal sales, application processing/underwriting and contract funding with focus on building the MarkOne brand.
Joe has over 20 years experience in Consumer Finance Lending, management and collections. Prior to joining MarkOne in January 2009, Joe served as Vice President of Operations for Triad Financial in North Richland Hills, Texas. Joe spent the previous 7 years with Triad in the same capacity in Huntington Beach, CA . Previously Joe spent 13 years with Westcorp/WFS Financial, formerly one of the largest independent auto lenders and now a part of Wells Fargo Bank as Regional Vice President, Business Center Manager in Irvine and Cerritos, CA. He managed teams in Sales, Credit, Funding and Collections. Joe led units at Westcorp/WFS in both Buying Center and Branch environments. With Westcorp, Joe was a Regional Vice President and led 9 Branch offices throughout Southern California, responsible for all functions related to indirect auto lending. Joe broke into Consumer finance with Beneficial, California in 1986.
Joe attended California State University, Northridge.
